Complaint No 3323494, dated 31st July.
My product is under AMC.
The service agreement for IFB is 24 hrs.
I have been behind these people for so many days, but to no avail.
I have also spoken to Ms Monika (Service head, Delhi) and Mr Gupta, franchisee head.
But till date i have not received any one from them.
The company claims that a person visited my house on 4th Aug, even if i agree to it, i wish to know whether he was supposed to call me or not before coming to my place. If yes, did he call me?
Please suggest what should be done about it.
