dryer not working
purchased on 03.12.2005 extended warranty up to 02.12.2009 complaint attended on 15.09.2009 CARD was replaced .but on 18.09.2009 it is said that the card was repaired one from co. not the new one .very much surprised. now the machine was not working properly.please see to it.

To change the tub
I had purchased an IFB washing machine about 10 months back. I have extended warranty for 4 more years. I made a complaint regarding my washing machine for changing tub. Thus I am not able to work the machine. I complained many a times through phone and also contacted there service center very near to me. My ticket No. is 3307867.

sparking from inside
Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I have registed a complain with Goa service centre on the 31st august 2009 and my complain no is 2872026 and my customer code is 1432313 about the above complain, but till today no technician have visited nor call at my Place.Model no T- 2900 DX
i regret to say to tell you that such a big company is providing such poor service.
Hope you will do the needful at the earlist

POOR SERVICE
POOR SERVICE/ RESPONSE BY IFB SERVICE STAFF; I am Serving Army Officer based at Chandigarh and I am having 5Kg Digital Washing machine since 13 Mar 2008 which is still under warranty period.I had regitered a complaint with IFB through the 24 h telephone service on 13 Aug 09 for my washing machine which was not functioning vide complaint no 3374508. However, there was no response from the staff inspite of myself personally speaking to staff at Manimajra centre/Chandigarh a no of times. Thereafter one pers turned up on 18 Aug 09, he checked the machine and told that the digital panel has to be replaced and he will come next day to replace the same. next day nobody turned up and then on 20 Aug 09 two pers came in the afternoon and checked the machine, incidentally machine started operating and they said that machine is functional. I told them that it was not func till today, and your Engr had also checked it day before yesterday. But since the machine was operating i signed the form. Very same evening when i put the clothes inside and try to operate, the machine did not func again, then I found out that as soon as clothes were put inside and the Wt increased the machine stop functioning, before also i had told the service Engr to check thoroughly but they just did not heed to it. It has been more than a week and all claims of IFB of 24h service are wrong. I will request you to instruct IFB to get the machine repaired at the earliest.

TUB NOT ROTATING
Sir,
i have purchased IFB washing machine model Diva cold on 06.05.2007. Warranty expired on 06.05.2009
now suddenly it stopped working. on complaint service engineer told this is m.s.c.u problem and replace with cost of Rs 2000/-. However, the tub is not rotating. only progaramm selector knob is rotating and complete its job. Now service engineer is telling motor is failed.
Now i would like to know, is the life of the motor is only up to warranty period ?. Is it worth to buy IFB any other home appliance ?

DOOR LOCK NOT WORKING COMPANY NOT RESPONDING
I am havingmy washing machine for last 7 years and took regular AMC to avoid any hassles.But now that my machine is faulty for last 15 day nobody is coming .I have been calling almost daily somtimes2-3 times a day but to no avail I DONOT KNOW WHAT TO DO

bad dealers
i am purchased a fully automatic machine with model no. AW60-8062 on 11-07-2009 from ur franchisee vide name STAR ELECTRONICS in cherthala, alappuzha district. So far the machine is not installed. its happened only due to the non awareness of dealer who didnt give any details. they only says that the technitian come and install the machine and we will inform the details of ur address to company. my old parents wait for the technitian. is this the way the most reputed company dealing with their customers. i prefer the brand only because of its after sales service. take appropriate actions. yours faithfully
