I bought IFB’s MicroWave Model No. 30SC2 on 23.08.09 from Ashoka
Trading Co., Shop No. 46-47, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad-121002, But
from last month(Oct 09) this Microwave is not working properly, from
20.10.09 to till 10.11.09 I tried many times to call their Authorised
service person PRADEEP SINGH RWAT, his mobil No. is 9313347514
(Ref.given by the dealer initially), on every call he gave commit me to
come, but he didn’t come .
Finally I called to IFB service center on 15.11.09 and post a request
regarding the same, my request number is 3746177, they told me that
within 24 hours their engineer will call you up and fix up the meeting
to come but he didn’t called up. On 23.11.09. IFB person ( Naval
Kishore) come to just checked the microwave. He said that he has to
replace a part in Microwave, which he will be available tomorrow. So he
will come tomorrow for part replacement but he didn’t come next day.
Finally, he came on 25.11.09 and unscrewed the whole microwave and
finally got to know that he brought wrong parts. Again he said that
he’ll come tomorrow with right parts and he came on 26.11.09 after
spending 2 hours he could not make it repaired. He didn’t gave me any
receipt or any document which I can be carry as a proof for future. My
Microwave is still not working. He was not acting like a professional.
That’s why when he came next day to repair again I didn’t allow him to
open it.
All this process was very pathetic and painful. I spent a lot of time
and money to call them to resolve this matter.
Kindly take necessary action to resolve this matter.
