I ordered and paid for flowers online, from my home in the US March 13 2011. The payment cleared March 14 2011. The delivery was for April 3 2011 to my Mother in Coventry England. The flowers were not delivered. I immediately contacted iflowers and after several emails received a response that the order would be upgraded and delivery would be at their next available opportunity. I told the I needed a specific date and they committed to April 6 the flowers were not delivered. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to process.
I reminded them that my payment to them was made during a weekend and took fewer than 24 hours to process. I have heard nothing since.
