1) The company promises a custom graphics for site header and a custom designed site template. But, what you get is a template that the company already has. It is not a custom header. Nor, is it a custom template. Which I found out later doesn't even make sense. Custom and template are two different things.

2) The company asks you what you want, then they do it another way without informing the client.

3) They asked what I wanted for a header. Then, inserted a header they already had in stock and 'activated' the site without my consent or review. They didn't even tell me that they 'activated' the site.

4) They tell you that you should be able to make your money back on what you paid the company, within 3 to 6 months. However, it is going on 4 months, and the site isn't even completed.

5) When I ask a question, I get the wrong answer sometimes. Or, I don't even get an answer.

6) I was so frustrated with the site, that I did a 'time line' regarding the requests not being completed with the site. After several phone calls, and talking to three different people, I was again directed to a fourth person. But, I was told that 'I must be special, because this person had only spoken to two other people before. Because, he doesn't talk to just anyone.' When I spoke with this person, he promised to complete the items not completed. What I get is something that is cheap and free that doesn't do what I asked for. And, I'm told the things I want is too expensive.

7) I had paid almost $7, 000 for two sites. I got a header and templates they already had. I also got Google Adsense. And, I got a store. I bought two other sites from godaddy.com and I paid $26 for both the sites and the Google Adsense; plus other things.

I have been going round and round with the company for almost 4 months. A few days ago I checked to see how much money I have made. I had made a little over $47. Today I checked, and it is down to $45. I could go on and on with complaints, but I won't. I have asked them for my money back a couple of times. Today, I received a phone call from the manager stating they will not refund any of money and that I signed a contract that reflects that.
