Notified company in November I wanted to cancel my account.
The account was not cancelled, and on Dec 15th my credit card was billed for January 1-31.
Company refused to reverse the charge.
Company refused to cancel the account until the "unpaid" balance was paid. There was no unpaid balance, and even if there were, it was fraudulant since the account should have been cancelled.
No appeal, no manager I could speak to, no flexibility, refused to deal with the issue.
