Delivery Service
IGXE live support told me that have EQ plat in stock, so I make my purchase. It has now been nearly 96 hours and only get a partial delivery in 48 hours, after continually logging into live chat and bitching enough. I then get promised an additional 5% of my order for the delay. If my order is not completed in 8 hours, I am getting a partial refund, due to the partial delivery. Also, my order confirmation says the total purchase is $47.99, yet my bank shows $48.37 was taken. I can play continually for 70 hours and farm over 250kpp and yet they cannot deliver the remaining 191, 500?
I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Not completeing my order
Ok, This is a very long and contrived story, I will just post the bullet points.


1. Sunday 27th September - I order 7 levels powerleveling on Aion - EU, as well as 1-399 Skill powerleveling on Handicrafting.
2. Monday 28th September - I am told by Customer Reps in the Live chat, that they cannot do the Handicrafting, because it requires 2000k on my character, I was given the choice of purchasing the 2000k from IGXE, or they would give me 500 gold to compensate me for the loss of Handicrafting powerleveling.
I chose to Buy the 2000K to get the job done.
Order number for both orders are : 1212092 - Powerleveling.
1212891 - 2000K Purchase to fund the handicrafting.

All in all, this total purchase comes to 214 US Dollars approximately.


I wait patiently, and monitor my characters level up progress via my aiononline.com character page.

3. Friday afternoon, leveling is finished, character is level 30, I logged in, and find that he has about 500-600k on him, and has not had any skill powerleveling done.


I contact IGXE, they say that because they could not do the skill powerleveling without the 2000k they gave me the 500k instead, but this is directly contradicting the fact that I had ordered the 2000k to fund the skill powerleveling.

So..
I ordered Skill powerleveling - DID NOT GET IT
I ordered 2000k - DID NOT GET IT.

Further more, I keep contacting IGXE, and they keep telling me that my order is complete,
I have proof that they have not given me the 2000k, because I have the screenshot that their own powerleveler took for level 30, and it shows exactly how much gold he had at that moment.

If 2000k was delivered to my character, then it was given to the powerleveler, and he used it for his own purposes, effectivly stealing it.


I demand either I get my money back, or I get my Handicrafting skill order finished at NO Further cost to me.

This whole ordeal has been a big joke, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.


Im still waiting for their response.

RIPPED OFF
I bought gil from them two days ago, over and over they sent email delaying it. Now they won't even respond to my emails. I sent many in the last three hours. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You can never get through live help either.

Bad service?I don't think so
I got my order quickly, and I was very pleased with their service. I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I used IGXE. I checked many places, and they have the best prices hands down!! I will certainly use their excellent service for all my online gaming needs.

FFX PowerLevel
Order for powerleveling was finally completed, but the description on the website was unclear. Customer service "promised" multiple times to respond with clarification, but no one was available to help me with my specific questions at that time. No one ever responded. From what I can see, IGXE has 2 main problems...sub-par customer service and a lack of professionalism. I'm not sure I should have expected either from this type of company. Since my order was finally completed, I guess I shouldn't complain but the process will make me think twice about using IGXE in the future. I will more than likely use a different service in the future... While they have assured me the order is complete, I am not completely sure what I ordered. Because of my ignorance, I was overcharged for the service.

Ripped off!
i ordered a power level from them, waited about 4 times the length of what they said. I then figure out that they don't have my account info anymore and i can't log in. I go and talk to playonline and they say that my account was banned. But after it was stripped of all gold and items. Their live chat sucks also. They contradict things said in their terms of service! Never go here unless you want to get banned and lose all your stuff!

delay
I ordered 1000 wow gold 6 days ago in IGXE.com. The only information I recieved about them at all, was the email from paypal saying the transaction was completed. There is no place stating that you need to "verify" your paypal account for the order to be processed.

Which raises even more questions. Why in the world do I need to tell you my paypal account for you to verify that I bought it. I am fairly well versed in the ins and outs of paypal, and this seem ludicrous. I did my homework before purchasing and found that there were thousands(literally) of complaints against gogoer, so I took a gamble and purchased the smallest amount possible. I also purchased a larger amount from another site, because they received much better reviews than Gogoer did. The other site took 2 and a half days to deliver, but I received very good customer service throughout the entire process. And when they could not make the delivery in the stated time frame (Click a button on their site telling them you will be online, and they will deliver within the hour) they notify you that they will be unable to, and you then repeat the process the next time you will be online for an hour. In essence, you chose when you want to wait for delivery.

LIARS
These people are the BIGGEST liars you can come up with. They promise and promise and never deliver. They state they will PL your account by X date...2 to 3 times longer and you are lucky if they have started.

Gold...you MAY get it, if you threaten to charge back your cc.

STAY AWAY from these liars.

Rip off
I place an order of Powerleveling service from IGXE, and I was lucky enough to at least get my account temporarily suspended by Blizzard who reset my pass and let me reclaim it, but it was suspended due to use of third-party tools (that's bots.) which is against IGXE "policy". When I confronted them with this they didn't refund.
