I have filed the required form for purchase of the online storage for my computer back-up files. I gave my Visa my address my phone and was suppose to get an e-mail to set up my storage and passwords to access. This was back in January 31, 2010. It is now Valentine's February 13, 2010 and still I could not get anybody on the phone line or by email to contact me to explain what seems the problem is.
Chris only on second attempt answered the email explaining that the card was not charged and that I do not have to worry. I have my monthly statement from Visa and it proves that the charges were collected!!! This is just outright wrong business practice.
