Ordered several desks and other office furniture from online website. Big mistake. 2 1/2 weeks later and numerous calls to customer service and the order is no closer to being onsite than the day I placed the ordered. If you need the goods in reasonable period of time, go to the local store and arrange for local delivery. Ikea online has a very immature operation so save yourself the frustration. Good luck!
