On 05-06jan2011, we purchased a night-pass to work overnight at iklick internet lounge located at 614 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M4Y 1Z3.
The oriental, young, clean-shaven, male with a thick accent, who could not speak any English, could barely speak either.
When we requested him to repeat what he had said [since we could not understand him], he became verbally abusive and began to intimidate us with physical violence. Thereafter, he told us to get out of the store. This employee evidenced a very arrogant and bad attitude, may be an emotionally disturbed person, and displayed a poor orientation to customer service. Since he represents the management at that time, most certainly, he does nothing to speak well of your internet lounge.
Be advised that the best advertisment any business carries is by word of mouth, irrespective of the monies you may spend on advertising and promotions. Put yourself in our shoes. What do you think, we have to tell others that we know, about your internet lounge? Furthermore, we are a small sampling of the entire public and customers that walk into your shop. Chances are that if this occurred with us, this has occurred with others in the past and is likely to occur with others in the future too.
