charged into my AT&T A/C

I call the customer service of ILD for a service charged of total $16.30 which I never used or order And I asked them to explain to me but they couldnot answer my Questions and enter my info into there website and I couldnot find nothing, the site says NO data found and its says we are unalbe to locate the T/P number or charge provided finally I inform the CSR that I am going to report to Federal consumer report bureau and to my company Attorney. Its A big SCAM... going on at the above company( ILD)

Who is ILD teleservices. I am your customer and you are billing me for this service I never ordered. Why would you ever bill me for someone else. Is this a con between Verizon and ILD teleservice?
You can come and take my phone out and my internet. I am not going to do business with someone who doesn't honor it customers.
I am sending out my bill short these charges from ILD teleservice.
Please advise what you are going to do to stop this from happening. Don't tell me it is a third party billing because I am your customer and not the third party. You do not have my premission to bill a third party to my bill or take it out.
