I placed a trial order for Illumi-Brite teeth-whitening system on December 3, 2010. Order was shipped on December 6, 2010 according to the Shipping Statement by parcel post. The package was received on December 10, 2010. Because of their term that you have 14 days to try their product from the date you order, NOT THE DATE YOU RECEIVED, so I figured it out I have only 4 days left to test the product. I did not think I had enough time to test the product to get result and decided to return the product at its original carton without open it and called to cancel and return on the same day of December 17, 2010, which is exactly 14 days from the date of order (3 + 14 = 17). The representative of company said, "You were being charged the $94.97 today already, because you passed the 14 days trial period, you have to call before the 14 days to cancel the product. We would not refund your payment." Even though the product was returned at its original carton and called to cancel on the 14 days, but I did not get any refund. DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS A TRICK OR TRAP?

By entering into a trial for our Illumi-Brite teeth-whitening system, the Company gives you a trial period to try our product. Initially you pay only for shipping & handling ($9.97 for domestic US shipping or $19.97 for international or non-continental US shipping, such shipping costs being non-refundable ), and then you have 14 days from the date that you place your order with us to evaluate the product. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call the Company at 888-491-0328 or 702-824-9652 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and the Company will bill you $94.97 for your initial order, and enroll you in our "Unlimited IllumiBrite" club.
