After looking online for a payday loan I decided to fill out an application for Capital Lenders. When filling out the loan it's mandatory to also give your personal information such as your bank account information and social security number. The loan company came back after their initial decision and said that I had been approved for a loan amount and to carefully read the agreement and sign it, after doing so they would get back with me either by phone or email to let me know what to do next. Within the agreement it states that you must pay the loan back with interest and so forth, and then if you agree with the terms sign the box or voice your name in a recording. I never got a response back from them. However, soon my bank was sending me information about my account being overdrawn from a check that I supposedly had written. I don't own checks and had just opened this account. I called my bank and they said ILLUSTRIOUS PERKS HAD TRIED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT $48.88 AND THEY HAD A SIGNED CHECK FOR THE WITHDRAWAL. First off I never gave the pay day loan company the OK to give away my information and I had never heard of Illustrious perks. My Bank gave me their information and I called them. They are extremely rude and laughed at me when I said I never gave them permission to debit my account. They rebutted by saying they had a signed check authorization for my "MEMBERSHIP" . I asked them what membership did I agree to? They couldn't answer me of course. I requested to talk to a manager and talked to MARIA107. She tried to give me false information on their location, their website, and how to get the information they had collected about me. She requested that my $48.88 failed to go through and asked when I could pay my membership? I was also advised that they would keep debiting my account until I could pay the the fee or else they would seek legal action against me. Are you kidding me, these fraudulent thieves want to seek legal action against me!!! My advice to everyone who wants a payday loan is look at the first page care fully, if they say they are not lenders or are the ones who give you the money beware!!! These so called payday loans are fraudulent companies that take your information and sale it to people like ILLUSTRIOUS PERKS. THEY MAKE A LIVING ON STEALING OUR HARD EARN MONEY. TOO BAD FOR THEM MY BANK CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND ARE TURNING THEM IN FOR FRAUD. I'm taking legal action against them as well, and hopefully we can end their little scam by putting them in jail especially "YOU MARIA107"!!!
