this is a company that will promise you that they will get your loved out of prison through a supreme court petition that costs 10, 000.00. I paid them 10500.00 for that petition and to do a 2255 for my son, neither was accomplished. the 2255 was time bared becasue they did not do it in time or in the proper motion. they had 14 months to do it it. They filed three petitions with our court and all three were thrown out as friviolous and without merit. None of the three was the 2255 that we hired him to do. the supreme court petition is a sham. the federal system is not going to allow thousands and thousands of prisoners out on a technicality. research this company and beware. there are hundreds of us who have been swindled by TONY DAVIS and his accomplices. he is not licensed nor is he affiliated with a licensed attorney, according to the state bar, chamber of commerce and the state attorneys office. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY but instead, hire a legal lawer to help you. you will pay less money in the long run and then get what you paid for too. if you have money to throw away, throw it to me to give me back the 10, 500 that I gave this company in trust. HE WILL SWINDLE YOU JUST LIKE HE DID TO ALL OF THE REST OF US.
