Im sending this complaint due to imagine Card services commiting fraud. I have been paying on this card to get a better credit score. So much for that! Imagine employee had switched my bank router numbers backward, which made my account over the limit. I was told to pay a annual fee of $150.00 to keep the account open and now my balance is twice over the limit. Apon calling card services i was told to pay $ 53.00 to keep the acount courant. So i have been paying twice the payment to lower ballance to a positive balance. I was not givin a statement of closer to my Imagine account, and now im beeing told that i have to keep paying on this card even though the account has been closed. Due to an error by Imagine Card sevices. Imagine will not fix the problem that they have caused . All i was told is "Sorry" i need more than that... i will be contacting a laywer for this crime against me!
