Lack of communication, no pictures

We hired Stacy Andersen to take our wedding pictures in Summer 2008. She had minimal contact up to the wedding, after the wedding she contacted us 1 time to tell us the proofs would be on her online gallery within two weeks. We have paid her and have yet to see our pictures, it's been over 6 months from our wedding. She really disappointed us and has put a damper on the memories of our wedding day. It is so disappointed to know we and our family will never have pictures of our wedding day, which is a once in a life time experience.

Non-Delivery of Paid for Product

We are but one of many individuals and couples who have paid in full for photography services and rec'd no photos. This individual does not respond to attempts to contact via email or phone. It is possible a scam operation. You should run not walk from this company and this individual.
