I saw your complaints about Imaginations on your website, and I tried to send Mr Roberts, who said he is the Vice President, the letter below. I got a message back that the e-mail was not delivered, that apparently the e-mail address he provided ([email protected]) was not correct. I paid to have a website designed last year and cannot seem to get in touch with them, and they have not gotten back to me. I need to know how to get in touch with Mr. Roberts, if possible, or what I need to do. Thank you very much

I read about some serious problems with your company on www.complaintsboard.com. I saw that you suggested that customers get in touch with you if there are any problems. So I am first giving you a chance to correct things with me.
As a customer, I have been trying to get in touch with my contact person, Nichole Taylor, for over three weeks, and she will not get back to me.
Last year I was in touch with her about creation of a website. However, I have not heard from her or anyone for a long time. Money has already been paid, and the designer, according to her, has been informed and given my guidelines, and I was led to believe that the designer was working on my site.
The book that the website is intended to promote will soon be published, perhaps in less than a month, and it will be important for me to have a website by then. If possible, I also wanted to have a web page before the site is in operation to advertise that my website will be coming soon. I already told the company about this desire last year.
