My geyser burst, SAHL send Imbazo to replace. Did 'great' job, finished quickly. Inspector came out, saw there was mistakes. Imbazo called me for appointment, then appointment was cancelled as they couldn't make it. Made another 1 for Mon. Plumbers asked me what to do as they were only told to come out to my house and not about what work needed to be done. Told them to phone their offices as I'm not the professional. In the roof I heard banging and sawing - phoned the offices only to find out there was a long list that they needed to repair, switch, support for geyser, faulty wiring on the geyser etc. They used my material in the roof without asking permission, while they were there they tripped the electricity twice which resulted in my gate motor's pc board 'blowing'. I e-mailed them & was phoned by their boss saying he will send someone to fix geyser & also to have a look at gatemotor & get that fixed. Was told by technician he doesn't know anything about my make of gatemotor but will speak to boss so that they can organise for payment to be made to me to get motor fixed as it was their plumbers fault. I'M STILL WAITING - NOT EVEN A PHONECALL FROM THEM!!!
