Realtors Beware!!! I can't do business with a company that has such bad customer service and support. IMCD gave me 2-days notice before shutting down my web site, 2 months earlier than expected! And, they refused to do anything to make it right. I know reputable hosting companies won't risk the liability of turning off a business web site without making every effort to contact the client and make arrangements. I can only conclude that IMC Web Design made the decision to shut down my site themselves. I should have been treated more fairly. But, I shouldn't be surprised because this is just a sample of bad support and piss poor attitude I've had to endure from IMCD.

They keep sending me rediculous emails stating that they thought I was so happy with my beautiful new web site, but from my perspective I wasted a ton of money on a web site that nobody can find in Google, I spent countless hours finding all of site errors, and they charged me my 2 free changes to correct their errors; and then, I received hosting of my finished web site for less than 10 months when they turned it off.

I see thatthey have lost many other clients throughout Colorado, and in Florida and Minnesota. I'm not at all surprised. I suggest nobody does business with this company.
