An unauthorized charge on my Capital One account in the amount of 44.00. Called the number 866-744-9930 and get 'leave a message". Also understand, another charge was posted on June 12 for same amount. Noticed several fraudulent charge notices from this company on a google search of the company.

I have had two separate unauthorized charges to this business. The only information appearing on my credit card statement is IMIDOU INC 8667810622 Ca. When I made several attempts to contact them using this number all I got was a recorded message stating: Message service is full and this number is no longer in service. When I did a online search of this number all I could locate was two business's linked to the same number, IMIDOU INC and ADTRADE Ca. I was unable to obtain any other information. I filled a dispute with my card holder when the first charge posted and when the second charge posted I attempted to have the card company stop any future charges. The only reply I got was for me to contact the company and request that there is to be no more reacquiring unauthorized charges to my account. I must say this made me furious. How in the hell am I supposed to contact them if I have have nothing but useless bogus contact info. I was told that a dispute resolution could take up to 60 days to process and in the mean time IMIDOU INC will continue with it's fraudulentl charges. I have absolutely no idea what these $39.95 charges are for and am at an impasse on how to proceed. I would greatly appreciate any advice any one is willing to suggest. Thank You, Gene
