This restaurant is illegally making customers pay a 15% gratuity. Nothing is documented in their business to these terms. Also it has been witnessed that they are irrate towards Afro-Americans if their gratuity isn't left. A waitress had a shouting match with a customer. On another visit I seen a caucasian leave less that the gratuity and nothing was said. Also the consumers bill is in Chinese and not English, so how do you know what you are paying for?
