We foolishly decided to take up on the offer to vacation through this company. We were fine with sitting through the timeshare talk and understood the trip was at a discount for that selling purpose. We went on the knowlege that we would spend $399 for each of the first 2 people and $99 for addition 2. We paid that. When our package came, it stated that we still owed $298 at the time of booking. Looking back out our credit card bills we found that not only did we pay the $399 USD we also paid almost $1000 CAD, in two separate transactions, to a company called BTI Canada. My Husband asked IMCV if they were aware of the company, BTI Canada, to which they replied "no". I wonder what that $1000 was for??Unfortunately we did not link the 2 together until recently when we booked the holiday dates, paid the $298 + $99 for each of our kids. Looking at our statement today I noted that again, the total in USD was paid PLUS another $122 dollars CAD to BTI Canada.

SO somehow, a company is feeding off of this cruiseline vacations to make unauthorized credit card transactions. We feel very foolish and are out a whole lot of money! We are still going on a vacation...going to call and cancel the Imperial Majesty one and replace it with another reputable company who we have travelled with many times.

SO. DO NOT give your card info to this company...lest you be charged without consent for $ you earned with an honest days work.
