Imperial has an employee with sickening behavior
Imperial has an employee with sickening behavior. He’s a top brass and it doesn’t make Imperial look very good.

A single disabled mother is trying to teach her mentally challenged child some life skills in the hopes the child will be able to support themself and not have to rely on public purse. This lady should be commended. Instead the Imperial employee must see her as an easy target. The guy is compiling information to file a complaint as though she is running a business.

He is mistaken thinking they buy to sell. The child only sells their own used clothing or their dvds or computer games they no longer use. They give a lot of stuff away to people. They also answer ads when people ask for things and give stuff away free at the door. If they get two whole dollars a dvd or shoes what is it to him. It’s not like they sell stuff every month. If they post an ad or two in a month who cares? I guess your company isn’t committed to recycling!

He doesn’t like the traffic on the street. He doesn’t own the street. This family rents part of a house, pays market rate rent, lives on less than a thousand a month, and their expenses are astronomical due to a special needs and disabilities. I don’t know how they do it buying food and medical travel out of town. They raised their own money rather than public purse for some special needs equipment one year by having two garage sales. I seem to recall one was at the start of the summer and one was at the end. Your employee complained to city hall only to find out that two garage sales a year were allowed. He’s not a nice man.

The guy has no heart. He seems to think it is his business and that he’s always right. He’s not god. We can’t stand him. We have told these nice people that he is quietly harassing that we know what is going on and they aren’t to move. This man deserves no respect. He has no compassion or charity in his heart.

Customer disrespect
What started as a simple complaint regarding the very poor service I received at one of their station was made much worse when I sent a complaint to their head office( Imperial Oil Ltd. ). Not only did they not respond to this complaint until AFTER I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they exasperated the problem by disregarding my wishes to be contacted via email only and gave my phone number to the very person(Satinder, station manager) who originally caused my frustration. She called me and right from the start accused me of being a liar and picking at the details of my complaint making me infuriated to the point that I had to hang up on her as she wouldn't let me say 1 single word. The "Customer Service Specialist", Elizabeth Benoit, tried 2 times to call me, again against my wishes, and then finally responded to the Better Business Bureau and to my email address with a candy coated letter that made it appear that they did everything possible to please me as a customer and went as far as to LIE about what they actually did. I am not even that concerned with the poor experience I received at the station but rather the completely unprofessional way their Head Office handled my complaint.
