No security
I was robbed in the room while I was sleeping between 3 am - 5 am. Somebody open my room by hotel key card, find my purse and steal the cash from the wallet, credit cards, gift cards, digital camera with all photos that we took in the past. Who steal credit cards, use them to buy bus pass for Las Vegas. The hotel security came to read the lock and could not do it, instead they broke the lock and call maintenance guy for repair. They create the claim & gave to their insurance company CCMSI, which denied this claim without explanation. It took me 3 weeks of calling to CCMSI without answer. Finally when I get a co-worker of the claim processor on the phone, she keep telling me that it was my fault, that I was not using the dead bolt and because of this my claim was denied. It was not mandatory requirement to use dead bolt; otherwise if robbers break your room and rob you, hotel will be not responsible. It is no safe box in the room, no security camera in the hallway to see who is entering the room during night time. That room was the replacement to other room, where TV 13' was not working, bathroom sink and bathtub drain was not working and it has a mold on the ceiling. Check in took more than 5 hours, and replacement was planning to be the same timing, until we call a manager. The room was not clean. Personal of the hotel do not really care about you. Buffet is terrible. I would never even go there for a free food. It was my birthday and 30 year of wedding anniversary. I would be killed if I wake up and see robbers in my room. Hotel has no security cameras in the hallway, only in casino-they care about their money, not yours and your life. It is good to have CCMSI, the company that do not want to pay guest lost. I would like to be reimbursing for my lost and my stay at this unpleasant place. Las Vegas police create the police report, but is not going to investigate hotel incident.
