1- produces a CHEAP product and provides an 8 year limited pool cover warranty. ("first and second year: unconditional on fabric deterioration."
2-the winter pool cover was installed EXACTLY according to their directions.
3- over a week of back and forth e-mails, asking for pictures, information, etc..., I was informed the winter pool cover was NOT covered "At this time we will NOT be able to honor the warranty on your cover, " and they tried to claim "improper use" even though installed EXACTLY to their written directions.

This company will try to wear you out, getting pictures, etc... until you give up out of frustration.

Save your money!!! Go to a hardware store and buy regular tarps and cover your above ground pool for the winter.

There is no way to speak to a live person, just a person through e-mail.
