I am extremely angry, I dropped my BMW at 8:30 am for brake repair, control arm, and alignment, was told vehicle would be ready at 1:30 I left and came back for vehicle pick up for the third and final time only for my vehicle to not be present on the premises and to be told by the owner he has called over and over and "HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE HELL MY CAR WAS HE SUGGEST I SIT MY ASS DOWN OR JUST LEAVE AGAIN"!!! Of course when I got there the final time I was upset and displayed angry by openly saying "I am extremely disappointed and I hate paying for bad service" the Owner RESPONDED WELL YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT TODAY!!!

I was LIVID, AND WALKED OUT LOOKING DOWN THE GA 85 for my vehicle and contacted the police while doing so. The police met me at the suggested location of where my vehicle was, note I HAD NOT SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTATION FOR THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP WITH THE OWNER THAT CURSED ME OUT NOR HAD I SIGNED ANY DOCUMENT FOR THE CONTRACTED SHOP HE APPARENTLY USED!!!

FINALLY MY VEHICLE APPEARED IN THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND THE POLICE ESCORTED ME TO PICK IT UP WHILE I PAID FOR EXTREMELY EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!! NO OTHER FEMALE OR MALE SHOULD EXPERIENCE SUCH INSULT AND DISAPPRECIATION FOR BUSINESS, I COULD HAVE CHOSEN ANY REPAIR SHOP IN FAYETTE COUNTY!!!

NEEDLESS TO SAY I WANT TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THE NIGHTMARE THAT I PAID $760 FOR!!! NOT $100 $760 DOLLARS ONLY TO BE CURSED OUT BY THE OWNER AND NO CONCESSION MADE ON MY BILL!!!
The day before services rendered I acquired the relationship with this OWNER AND HIS REPAIR SHOP.

PLEASE HELP ME EXPOSE THIS POOR BEHAVIOR SO OTHER CONSUMERS DOES NOT EXPERIENCE SUCH DISAPPRECIATION!!!
