I placed an order Monday morning over the phone and asked someone by the name of RJ to start fabricating the sign so Impressions Made Easy II could deliver my sign in 7 days like they promised. He told me that him or Brian Seymour would take care of me.
I called Tuesday afternoon and Brian Seymour told me that they would not begin processing the order until I signed a proof and faxed it back and that the 7 days would begin counting from when he received the signed proof. I told Brian that the whole point of giving RJ my credit card info was so Impressions Made Easy II could process the order immediately and Brian said they do not run the credit card until they receive the signed proof and will begin the order then.
I talked to RJon Wednesday morning and told him that I was not going to sign the proof and I was canceling the order because it was too late. He told me then that they had run the card and that the letters were already being made. I told RJ that I had already told my customer that I was not going to deliver in time and he had chosen another supplier. So I had to cancel.
After a discussion RJ agreed I would get reimbursed the full amount and maybe only assesing a $20 fee for processing.
It has been a week and they have not reimbursed me.
Even worst they do not pick up the phone, do not answer e-mails and do not reply to voice mails.
