After browsing for information about the acai berry on the internet, i read a story about a person who had lost a lot of weight over a short period of time.

NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS WERE ASKED FOR OR SUBMITTED.

On receipt of my bank statement i noticed that i had been charged £54.50 by IMPROVEHEALTH. How this can happen when they did not have my details is frightening. I have repeatedly tried to contact this firm to request a refund by any telephone number or email link i have found has been bogus.

I have contacted my bank to stop these charges being taken from my account, however they have said that IMPROVEHEALTH has an ongoing contract. which i have NEVER agreed to in any way, and I cannot even close my bank account to prevent this from happening again, until i cancel the agreement myself with IMPROVEHEALTH.

I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR OR RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER!

I would like a refund and all charges to be stopped being taken from my account in order so that i may close the account.

Improve Health charged $79.80 on my son credit card on September 5, 2009. He did not authorize this transaction .He was then charged $7 a day overdraft bank fees for over a month that added to a total charge of $237.00 being charged to his credit card. We trie to dipaute the chatge with our bank "PNC" however the chage was not credited back to his acocunt.
I demand that $237.00 credited back to his PNC account.

Yet another trial scam. Signed up to trial a product and the company has ignored my request for no further products and continued to send them and charge an extortionate amount for them to my Credit Card Company. It is running with the Global Wellbeing scam using the same tactics.

In the last 2 days they have debited 2 payments from my account one for £53.56 and the other £14.92. Help me please!

IMPROVEHEALTH has charged my Visa Credit Card $87.62 four times now. I believe they may be from a free sample of Acai Berry Detox. The free sample was a trial. If you didn't like the product after 15 days you would call and tell them you were no longer interested in their product. I did this 30 days ago. Now they have changed their name and continue with their $87.62 charge attacks every 7 days now. WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANYONE OFFERING A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY ANYTHING!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!! YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!
