I’m having a huge problem with a person in your support group, (Linkin Micah). Approximately 48 hrs. after making my purchase I was having problems with the output I was getting from your software. I worked with your tech support group for an additional 2 days trying to get some resolution. In the meantime I got some other software that was working correctly for me. Because of this situation I requested a refund……………. Since that time Mr. Micah has been dragging his feet and refusing me a refund, if that’s the way your company works he’s doing a good job. I have had numerous on line dealings in the past, most excellent and some a little less than that, but my dealings with this person have gone miles beyond ridiculous! I can not believe that any reputable company would want to be represented by such horrendous customer service, but believe me I will attach this ongoing email dialogue with this message and you can make your own determination! Once again I am requesting a full refund for my purchase or as I have explained to micah that I will have no choice but to share my experiences to review sites, blogs and around the web, as I’m sure you are well aware of how quickly that information can be disseminated.
