Airtel staff Ms. Saumya 2nd lane beach chennai office, had been chasing behind me for marketing airtel products CUG from June 2009. After much of her convincing, on agreeing to our conditions of my personal airtel prepaid sim 9003138316 should be convert to post paid sim, the first airtel application was submitted on 19.6. and on 20.6 we got additional 3 sim + 1 sim, total 4 sim. till now not yet activated. On checking daily, assurance given by airtel next day it will be activated. on 30.6 airtel say they missed one document signature, and that was also submitted immediately. and still no activation on my personal sim. in between this time, they have graded our export company as a low profile, and for that collected each sim Rs. 500. Fantastic policy. After getting all calls stopped from airtel marketing guys. when we call to check status, the airtel officers are giving missed calls. how sad airtel is so low low low profile. They are saving money, and the public have to invest on airtel. Which was really odd.. And still we spent and called to get the work done. And from my phone money the calls are passed around the office to Ms. Pooja, and sometimes to Balaji senior officer. V. low profile and inalert staff, who dont know what they are doing !! ... We cannot even grade it. ?????

And one more funny thing, we are receining every alternative day 2 sms from AT - ALERTS 'we have not received the documents for post paid connection taken by you on 1st july. please submit before 9th July to enjoy the service'. This was the last straw !! and we have forward this sms once again to the airtel club of staffs who market their product.. Still nothing... So today I went personally to airtel office at T. Nagar.. And on checking first my sim was registered under some other company name all this while... Big surprise. Unbelievale, photos, signature all given with my applications and they have goofed it up with some other company application.. v. low profile administrative dept who mess up documents... But your staffs were not aware of this messup until we went and dig it... This is the status of airtel... can you give your comments, and is their anyone responsible in airtel who can come forward to communicate with me and activate my sim.
