Where do I even begin...I used to work here and seen first hand some of the wrong doing done to customers by the company owner. First off, you should be aware that what you see on the website is not at all what you will get. They will send out limousines and party buses to paying customers with damaged and worn tires and other mechanical issues. On many occasions the air conditioner in a vehicle was inoperable but it went out regardless. They even had to give someone a refund because the limousine in this customer's wedding pictures was all scratched up and ruined the pictures. As a matter of fact, all of their fleet has been improperly maintained inside and out. Go ahead and inspect what they have before booking your reservation because the vehicles are all obviously in poor shape. One of the party buses has a stripper pole that would always come out of place. James would charge the client their deposit every time this happened knowing full well that it wasn't installed properly in the first place. He would put it back in, take him 10 seconds yet he felt he deserved to keep a 250.00 dollar deposit to do that. I've heard him actually yell and swear at customers over the phone before. They will tell you anything to get that credit card number and after that could really care less about you. You should also know that they hire just about anybody off the street. I should of known something was wrong when I was hired on the spot. Nothing good is ever that easy. Yes, I have seen some really scruffy looking people working for them and remember thinking how pissed I would be if I was that customer.
