I have the same frustration and experience that onefeistywoman in the Complainboard.com has and the complain is the same word by word I like to add that this company does not have emails only tickets.

These people run slick web capture pages that promise professional sales and marketing services. Their expertise would get you about 60 leads a week and at least one sale a week. You pay them for a site as well as online chat services that are supposed to urge people to sign up. $500. Then you pay $95 a month. You get thousands of "visitors" but not ONE lead in 5 MONTHS. When you call to complain they say they gave you what you bought. Visitors. The owner says his mission is to get you to making $5, 000 a month asap but as soon as they have your money, you get passed from sales to support who tells you nobody ever promised you a lead. Tough luck. Sorry the bonuses didn't work and No, you can't have your money back. But they have ""Platinum programs" you should sign up for -- a few thousand dollars that are sure to rock your world in terms of the business you will get. This time, you will get REAL leads because you are paying extra. But the only thing you get is scammed. Again. (We never promised you leads, just visitors, blah blah blah) If anyone else has had bad experiences with these low-lifes, please let me know. I want to get the Attorney General's office after them. They make an extremely good first impression but it is all smoke and mirrors. Do not give these people any money!!! The website above is a copy of the one I responded to. They give you the same thing under a separate web address. I thought this would be perfect for my clients who had a hard time selling, but the only thing that's going to happen to them if they sign up is that I would make money on scamming them! And it goes on and on. No business gets promoted except signing up suckers for their scam and the only way to get your money back is to do it to the next unfortunate soul.
I refuse to do that to people.
There is no ph. communication they have a ph. and can leave a message but no one will call you back.
we need more to come forward and make complains, to get this fraud company out of business.
