Failing to send the product
I ordered one wig from this company. It arrived, I was happy with it so I ordered another. This is when the long, long horror which has lasted almost a year started. With this company, one is not allowed to try on the wig, only to look at it in the box. My husband and I looked at the wig together and were shocked at the color so I, not touching anything, put the tissue back, the lid on the box and then with great care sent the box back with packing material all around it. We both did it together so we are both really upset. I was informed by the company that my wig had arrived tried on, and not placed back in the box, the net was half of and I don't know what else. It obviously, to us, was not true, so I called them and told them that I had indeed sent back that wig pristine. They refused to budge, only offering fifty percent toward another wig. This is when I knew I was being scammed. I told them to send the wig back. They asked for $6.95 in a money order for postage. I had been scammed so badly that I had already alerted my cc company so they were on alert so I guess they wanted to squeeze that last seven dolllars out of me. I did it because they had told me that they were keeping that wig because of the problems and I could get it back if I paid the postage. Commom, but I did it because if there was a tiny chance they had it, it wanted it. I''m the succer everyone is looking for. I have been waiting for a week and we are both in CA so it does not take that long. I DO know I have been HAD but what can I say, they prey upon people like me who still believe in honest people. After a lot of emails back and forth between many of their people, today I wrote to Mina, if she is really real, and asked that she tell me when I can expect the delivery. I did write them during all of this that I knew I was being scammed and that I had never been caught in an internet scam before. I don't have to pay for the wig but we did give them that seven dollars to send the wig. Today I looked at the wigs in the Revlon category and everyone of them are "out of stock." This is a terrible, awful company and I don't want anyone to get caught up in their web. If they won't let you try on the wig...don't order. I suggest Wilshire Wigs which lets you try them on and gives great service.
I guess everyone gets scammed but I thought I was too smart. That company is a scam company. Don't any of you buy anything from them.
