Vicky Heine solicited me to re-design our company website, so I decided to meet. After our initial meeting, and our discussions about what we wanted to do with our website, I was confident she could get the job done, so on January 6th 2011 we signed a contract, and put down the required 50% deposit. The initial time-frame that was 2 weeks to complete the project. After having been given no updates after about a week, I called Vicky with concerns. At that point she did some minor work to give the appearance of doing the project, and I bought it. Well, after litterally dozens of phone calls, and emails trying to get more work completed, it became obviouse we were dealing with someone who is completely unprofessional, and incapable of doing the work they agreed to in contract. It has been over 5 months and the job is not complete and never will be (at least by this designer). Since we are a corporation, it is not worth suing for a small amount even if it is based on principle, because the cost of litigation would exceed what we are looking to recoup.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this designer, because they are dishonest, unqualified, and will take your money and run.
