I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector on 12/2/2010. Here it is 1/11/2011 and I have not received it yet. I wasn't in a hurry to get the lamp, which is why I didn't bother calling them until last week, but this is an extremely insane amount of time to wait for a "light bulb". I only started calling because they finally decided to charge my card on 1/2/2011. I figured since they charged me, it was finally in stock and ready to be shipped. Apparently I was wrong. It takes an act of Congress for someone to pick up their customer service line. When they do, expect to be put on hold, bounced around between several reps (neither of whom know what's going on), and to get hung up on. I finally was told the lamp should ship by the end of this week. I hope it does ship because I've had about all I can stand from these guys. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM A MATTER OF FAX AGAIN. I don't care how good their prices seem to be. Remember the saying "time is money"? Well, if that's true, I've spent twice as much as I should have for this light bulb!
