So, I'm recently enrolled participant in the claimyourgas.com program.
I have been reading several of the complaints & concerns that are posted here. I plan on keeping a very detailed log available here of my program. Now I believe in giving everybody a fair chance.
I purchased a beautiful new dinet and living room set for my home and as an added "perk" was handed a voucher for $500.00 worth of FREE gas! Now I was born in the morning, but baby NOT THIS MORNING! I looked at the voucher and began to heckle to my sales man. He did try and explain what the program would entail. Even though I rather would have liked a dollar amount off of my not so cheap choices in furniture, I figured hell why not!?
So I returned home and immeadiately dialed the companys customer service line (in which I was suprised was a local area code) and spoke with a young lady named Jarmanyia who was very helpful in answering every question I had. And believe me I asked alot of questions, especially after having read everything I have read here. She reassured me that the first few months that the company had were very bumpy (especially due to having arrived just shy of another company in the same line of business in Florida that was doing some very horrible things to customers) and having owned my own business once upon a time, I can understand first hand about the "bumps in the road".
So far, so good. My program started in May, so I am now awaiting the instructed "8-12 weeks" I will be using this website to log my every interaction with Incentive International, and if I have any concerns or doubts believe me honey I will drive down to their location that I see is in the next town over like Mr. Ted in Phoenix did.
I am excited and will keep a positive outlook on this.
