1- That I Shela D/o Umesh Singh R/o H.No.-230, Main Chowk, Village Sultanpur, Po. – Pooth Khurd, Bawana, Delhi-39.
2- I have applied the Gas New connection namely Shela D/o Umesh Singh R/o H.No.-230, Main Chowk, Village Sultanpur, Po. – Pooth Khurd, Bawana, Delhi.
3- That the owner of M/S Ganesh Gas Agency (Code N0-107568 & Ph. No-011-27754565 Mob.9871747508), Ochandi Road, Bawana, Delhi have issued the leeter to undersigned on dated 27/10/20009 for new connection
4- That my issue Gas connection No is B-594 on dated 27/10/20009
5- That I have submit the supporting paper along this connection, but the owner/staff this agency is not given to new connection.
6- That I have approached the many times of concern owner/staff, but owner/staff of this agency is demanding the some money for new gas connection
