Against the many online complaints and my better judgment I decided to order from indainhair.net in hopes of developing my own opinion of the company. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS for COD’s. The customer services was so bogus and unorganized I understand why they only operate online. I spent an additional $30 for three day shipping and COD service and boy was it worth it! First the COD sent via FedEx was $55 dollars more then the prices I was charged. I called in hopes of resolving the matter over a period of 4 days. “Lilly” if that’s even her real name did call me back stating the matter had been resolved and I could pick the package up 4 days after the original arrival date (I was thinking that wasn’t what I paid for) but being that I was a first timer with this “company” I agreed. I’m just glad I called FedEx before making the unnecessary journey, because the amount had still not the corrected. In my last attempt to resolve the issue and retrieve the package, I called again and of course was sent to voice mail. I informed her it had still not been corrected and if they intended to receive my money order it would be necessary for them to call/ fax FedEx to correct the amount. Well clearly form what I have read about their “faulty products” they will soon be out of business and don’t see the need for new business. I say Good Reddens! I ordered form Giovanni and Son and received my package 2 days later. It did cost more but I’ve ordered form them since 06’ it’s true what they say: You get what you pay for and if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!!
