I am having a Consumer No. 14032 with the THANESAR Gas Agency, mohan nagar kurukshetra (haryana). I booked for Gas cylinder on 24.9.2009 with booking no. 2184 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date (30.09.2009). I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area. today when i asked them on telephone the person on phone(Shemsher ) replied that now five six days will take. this is a totally harrasement. and this a routine matter. Kindly look into the records so that they can not harras the public.
