CYLINDER
Respected sir.
I have a indane gas cylinder.but i want the second cylinder. my connection was live in delhi in jagan interprises .now my connection is tranfored last two months dated on 24/04/2010.but i am confirmed by telephonic to the agency.that is not allowed before six month.my detail -no-41038360000754.codeno-103836.consumer no-43391.cylinder-1.mobile no-9718843327.122001.SL.no-12250.

Delay Delivery of Refill of Cylinder
Sir,
I am a customer of Indane with customer No 05084 and have been registed with gas agency Shanti Indane (telephone no 011- 25056668, 011-25052152, 011-25052040) . I have directly booked my gas through agency on 16 apr 2010 .They give me a booking number 6734 dt 16 Apr 2010 .They say the gas will be delivered within in weeks but gas yet not received till date (26 Apr 2010) .I am again booked through site on 27 Apr 2010. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

Abnormal delay in deliver of cylinders
I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 21301, the supply of refill of cylinder through Rajammal Gas Agency, Perambur Baraccks Road, Vepery, Chennai - 07 . The delivery of refill of cylinder is unnecessarily delayed in every month. Every month we get cylinder after 6 - 7 days of our due date and that too after making many visits to the gas agency. Our complaints are simply ignored. We are undergoing physical and metal torture due to this attitude of Gas agency. I request the higher authorities to take necessary action against Rajammal Gas Agency to regulate the deliver in time.

Deleavery not on time
Dear Sir,
Sub.: Gas Connection No.D6389 - Dasna Indane Gas Service,
Ummad Market, Hapur Road, Dasna (Ghaziabad)
My self Srmt. Mamta Devi, living in Mata Colony, Dasna, Gzb.My husband servicing in Army in Bekanair, Rajisthan.I am living with my child.I have very big problem with my gas agency.They are not
deleaver cylinder on time.Every time they are saying for shortage while they are deleavering in black sale in Rs.450/- per cylinder without any booking or without any coupan.
I have booked my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but they are booking for next 16 days.While i am taking cylinder once within 3 months because of my need.When i go to take cylinder they have very bed behavior with the customer.
While my husband saving life all the indians on border with enemy threads but these internal threads
not giving well services for their wealth.So please take action immideatly for me.
Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas immideatly booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last year.

Sir,
I have complaint against Sausar Indane Gas agency Dist-Chhindwara.He always delivers gas after 20 to 22 days from the date of booking and when asked he says there is short supply from the company.This time I have booked on 5/7/2009 in my card and he is delivering to persons favourate to him and saying there is short supply.My Coonection no.is 4630 .He had not supplied gas to me till date.

Improper service
M/s Nataraja Gas Agency, Yelahanka, Bangalore 560 064, Karnataka have 5 phones 080-28567553, 54, 544, 5533, 28568185.
All the phones are not reachable throught the day .
We are getting Engaged tone throught the day, strangely even after office hours. It is just not possible to book through the telephone.
Concerned may please help the consumers.

Customer harassement
"Unfortunately" I have an Indane Gas connection from BTM agency, bangalore, Karnataka. I really gone mad and felt like committing suicide because of the extremely disgusting and disappointing behavior and response of the Indane dealer office in BTM lay out. I have been trying to call at the following no. 080- 26684550, 26681635, 26684566 (as given in the card from your agency) from the past 2 weeks, but either I find the call busy or no-one picks up the call...!!!. Till now I could not book the Gas.
Even the delivery of the gas also I had a very bad experience, they delivery agency will never come on Weekends even though we instruct them while booking. They always claim when they are coming for delivery, we were not there..!!. They deliberately come on weekdays and they know that we are working class. Then we need to go and pick up the gas from them, and they charge additional Rs.15 as well. Ridiculous..!!!
Nobody is there to control these criminals.

Delay Delivery of Refill of Cylinder
Sir,
I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 15990, the supply of refill of cylinder through Swapna Enterprises, Bhadurpura, Hyderabad. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder through computerised Toll Free No. 1260 of Indane Gas. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with direct booking with dealer. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking No. 14 Dated: 24-03-08, through Computerised Tol Free No. 1260. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.
