We are using Indane Gas Cylinder, the Number is K919 and we book the cylinder through Kansal Gas Service, Karampura, New Delhi -10015 (Contact No - 011 25920719 and 25920718).For the month of March we booked the cylinder on 01st march, 2011 and havent received it till 14thmarch, 2011.We have contacted the agency but they are replying that they have delivered it on 3rdmarch, 2011, but we havent got that and when we went back to agency than they are keep & keep saying that they are sending today & this story is going on from last 10days.We have also contacted delivery person Mr Rajesh (Contact No - 9212543327).

Kindly take some strict action against that agency and the delivery person.

i have booked a cylinder on 29 august, which was not yet recieved.booking no is 3.

I had complained a couple of days back also and it seems no real interest is taken and action also is not taken.I had been supllied a poor condition gas cylinder and also dated back as C 07that means the cylinder is 3rd quater of year 2007.As per the instructions given for the consumers through papers and Medias that this cannot be used. Adding to the above problem the cylinder is damaged so much that i had called the concerned supplier and informed him to replace the cylinder and in turn they sent a mechanic and said that this is only supplied by IOC and everything is O.K.But i suspect that there is a leak and sometimes i am getting the gas smell.The supllier is " Ranee Enterprises, 44 Perumal Nagar, 2nd Street, Madipakkam, Nanganallur-600061.Phone Number is 22241826, 22240951.The consumer number is 40254 in the name of prabaRagunathan.
Am i sending this complaint to get solved or is it only for the sake of gathering information andshow to the medias? Since my complaint on 23rd March has not resuted in any action fro your end.I request you to do the needful immly so that no acccident takes place .If you are interested i also would like to give my mail "[email protected].

Have received a refilled cylinder from my Gas distributor. The marking on the stem is A - 07. As per my knowledge this cylinder has expired in March 07. The distributor informs me that the cylinder is verified by Indian Oil & even does not expire.

Kindly confirm the correct facts & steps to identify if this cylinder has been verified by IOL & how do we identify expired cylinders.

my consumer no. is bg 17160 of sri basaveshara indane gas agencies, kalamma street, bellary, karnataka. my complaint is that the agency books a new refill only after 20 days says that they will deliver the refill within 15 days . but even after our repeated complaints of non delivery of the refill, they take nearly 30 days to deliver, that too they dont deliver at my resident which is on 2nd floor, they just make false excuse that the delivery man is a heart patient or that he has been operated for appendix, etc. . even after my complaint at the agencies office, they are exhorting me that you go anywhere you like to complaint regarding this matter.
