I am consumer of Indane gas and my local Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” and consumer no. is N-6469. Who is wandering here to there to resolve their problem and nobody want to take pain neither Dealer nor Sales Officer of your company.
Last 15 days back when go to your Jhansi Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” to book the cylinder for refill after seen my blue book he deny to book the cylinder and he told a lengthy process and document formalities after that I can get cylinder and he also ask me to submit a affidavit at what reason I am not taking a cylinder last 4 months.
I said to him that I am living alone that is why there is minimum use of gas therefore I refill the gas in 4 to 5 month .He did not listen my single word and said very rudely it’s a norm you have to follow it if you want to book the cylinder and also give me advise you book the cylinder and sale it in black. I am very surprised after listening his valuable advice
Mr. Anurag Sinha who is Representing Indane gas as Sales office in my city when I talked to him regarding to problem then he told me, write a application and give me at Jhansi Gas Service he will be available 1st and 15th of every month when I go to Jhansi Gas Service I came to know Anurag sinha has not come today then I simply said to the concern dealing person kindly receive my application and forwarded it to Mr. Anurag Sinha then the person has refuse to receive my application and said to me we are not sitting here to do the work of Mr. Anurag Sinha when I ask his name then he comes down on misbehave and when try to talk to Mr. Sinha then he dit not pick the phone .
I just ask the question to all officials of Indane gas Is it customer friendly environment and response which I received from your end ?
Kindly tell in this worst situation where the common customer goes to resolve their problem and who is resolve my problem?
