I consumer no 50841, on 11/07/11 I made a refill booking by internet. On Sunday 17 July one person delivered a full cylinder to my wife quote my name and asked that today Sunday I will give you the slip tomorrow. Very next day 18 July another person arrived my home with full cylinder and checked the cylinder which was delivered on 17 July and asked that someone gave you the Bharat Company cylinder by cheating. Then he contacted to Mr. Sitaram the actual vendor of my area on mobile no 921379910 and told to my wife I can change your cylinder with Indane cylinder if you give me Rs 200 extra. She refused him and my wife went to the society gate to checked the entry register, on 17th Mr Ajab Singh made an entry to deliver gas cylinder at my address. I made contact to my distributer (Gouri Enterprises) about this matter and found positive reply that they will change the cylinder same day but didn’t do so. It seems clear conspiracy of vendor Mr. Sitaram to take some money because no one had the idea about my booking. I request you to solve my problem and take stern action to maintain the reputation of Indane.

I am an Indane LPG consumer from Anand gas agency Palarivattom Janatha, Kochi, Kerala.I had booked a cylinder on June 1, 2011.Till this date (july 11, 2011) the product is not delivered.On enquiry, they will say next week..So many weeks passed by..They are not giving genuine reason.Hope some black business is taking place.

So I humbly request to take appropriate action.In cities no other way than using LPG..

i am a customer of chandra gas agency of indane gas supplier. there is no proper supply of gas cylinder and now there is a unnecessary gas checking charge of Rs 70.00 without any information. but before there is no check up and now why we should give Rs.70.00 and what is the purpose of collecting this checking charge. whether if any needable reason for this collection.my mobile-7200087319and my mail id [email protected]. reply must.

My consumer no. is 10328. I have a gas connection from Veena Gas Sevices Dealer of Indane gas agency at 2/13-A, sarai Julena, Okhla Road, New Delhi .
I booked my refill on 26th May and till today . the 14th of June, I haven't received it despite my complaint at toll free no provided …18002333555 …dated 6th June, ref no 124133. I called again twice in this same no to remind my plight at the hands of Veena gas service. When I talked to Venna Gas Agency, they tell me “no one was at home so delivery man has returned “..May I add that this is absolutely false statement and we were at home all these days.These people are out to harass me for the reasons best known to them. Previously also they have harassed me.This leads to substantiate that no one is listening and I will have to buy my refill from open market in black to keep the kitchen running.However I have not lost all hopes and I will shoot emails to all persons in the Ministry and even to Hon Prime Minister.

MANAGER IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, ON 31.05.2011 I HAD REQUESTED YOUR DEALER AT MOHALI M/S HIGH FLAME GAS PHASE 9 TO TRANSFER MY CONNECTION TO CHANDIGARH THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE CEYLENDERS AND REGULATORS. I DEPOSITED THE SAME ON 31.05.2011 AND THE DEALER ISSUED ME TRANSFER VOUCHER BUT YOUR DEALER M/S CITY GAS SECTOR 37-C REFUSED TO ISSUE ME CYLENDERS AND REGULATORS IN CONTEXT THAT THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED STATIONARY BY THE CO. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATEDLY AS I HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE FOR COOKING OF FOOD.
