unnecessary transferring the gas

of sambalpur (odisha) is frustated by the service of M/s Munda gas service sambalpur because of irregular supply of gas.
and finally they refuse to give gas by the reason that the company had sent notice that consumer card had been transferred to other locality, when i asked for the notice they refused to show me, than i asked for the phone no . of the the owner of the office they refuse to give me..and they talked very rudely.
therefore i want to know the reason of transferation of my card and strict action should be taken against these fraud distributors.

wont respect theiir customer
i am manikandan frm thanjavur district budalur-613602 . i had two LPG cylinders ( INDANE ) distribution centre is in away frm 8 kms named as tirrukkattuppalli this s the distribution centre. 25th day to book for the next cylinder now wat s the problem means the wont answer to my queries. and they insulted this s worry for me . pls rectify this problem 9787201989 [email protected]

DELAY IN DELIVERY OF REFILLS
I am a LPG Indane customer with Ganesh Gas Agencies, Karangalpady, Mangalore and my consumer Number is 10073. I am having two cylinders of which one has exahusted on 28/09/2009 and when we tried to book for refill, we were asked to book on 14/10/2009. Hence, I have booked for a refill on 14.10.2009. But, till today [29/10/2009 - 3:00 p.m.] I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. My second cylinder also got exahusted on 21.10.2009. Despite my several phone calls, there was no delivery, I went to dealer personally on 23/10/2009, and he promised to deliver the cylinder by Monday, i.e, 19.10.2009, but nothing materialised so far. Even I tried to contact Mr. Joshi [9448289972], but he has not responded my call. Kindly look in to the same and instruct the concerned to deliver the cylinders immediately.

Non Supply of Gas Cylinder, Black Marketing & rude behaviour
I am harassed by the service provider of Indane GAS, since last 4 months . We have to spend 10-15 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems regularly :

I am living in Kanpur - Uttar Pradesh and your agent's agency name is - Chakeri Gas Service, 222, SADANAND MARG, AHIRVAAN, G.T.Road, Kanpur.

I am putting this complaint according to my booking of cyl. on 10/10/2009. My customer number is 4974 and booking number was 78 on that day.
Please look in matter and do needful for following:

1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 20 - 25 days for Gas supply from the date of booking. After delivering one cylinder they normally take 30 days for booking of next cylinder.
2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
3. The behavior & attitude of service provider is very very rude and they are challenging customers telling the customers to do whatever they want to do.
4. Making Cylinders non available to customers for 20-25 days duration after booking date and asking/forcing customers to buy cylinder in black @ 500.
5. Now a days marriage season is running so your valuable agent is supplying cylinder in black and its proven by many customer on them but they said you can do whatever you can. By this you and your agent making money but what about us, who is your permanent customer.

Is this the " Indane Gas " treats its customers? I have never faced such harassment from any supplier like this before. Additionally, would request for a stern action against this defaulter - Gas distribution agency.

Irregular suppy of LPG gas cylinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to bring in your kind notice that Customers are being cheated in the name of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) by the distributor- G.K. Indane Gas Agency, Address: Kamla Kant Road, Ratu Road, City: Ranchi, Pincode: 834005, State : Jharkhand.

Following are some of the major malpractices adopted by them.

1. Black Marketing of LPG Cylinders, always resulting in shortage of domestic supply to the original customers.

2. No home delivery system is available to the consumers.Even then, they are being forced to pay delivery charges.

3.If the delivery persons comes to deliver the cylinders, the stock gets exhausted before fulfilling the needs of all the consumers.And most of the consumers have to return empty handed, with a false assurance that they will get the cylinders in 1-2 days.But it is not guaranteed that there will be supply of cylinders in next 3 weeks or a month.

4. Mostly supplied cylinders are under weight.

5. Misbehaving by the staff for any customer inquiry.


Sir, cheating with customers is really a matter of serious concern.Most of of the consumers in our locality suffer from this problem Therefore, we request you to look into the matter and take serious action against culprits.

Sir, kindly also let me know how could I get more information about the working and responsibilities of agencies and distributers of domestic LPG gas cylinders.

I shall be highly obliged to you for your kind intervention in this matter.

TOO MUCH DELAY
am consumer of Indain Gas 9 CONSUMER NO IS 64605) my address is "J 106 Jaipuria sunrise green Indirapuram Ghaziabad, U.P, my gas provider is Indain and my agency is Yadu Gas agency sahibabad, i have booked gas on 18 sept 2009 (BOOKING NO IS 25792), till now (29-09-2009) i didnt rcvd Gas cilender, what to do, agency ppl says they dont have gas, when they are supplying in Black 400/450 INR. is their any one in this curupt sysstem who realy listen these type of complaints.<br />

Gas Leakage complaint
We have complained of cylinder leakage (33907 is our consumer number) this morning at 0830 am and till 1 pm, nobody has attended from Vir Gas Agency. We have also complained to IOC customer care cell, and they informed that only VIR gas agency should attend the complaint. But so far nothing has happened, and we urge the agencies take up the complaints seriously

Irregular Supply
I have recently relocated from Bangalore to Coimbatore. I have transferred my Indane Gas connection from Bangalore to Coimbatore. From the day one I am finding difficulities with the supply of Gas Cylinder with Bright Gas Agency. I guess the gas cylinders are mis utilized in the Coimbatore. This need to be addressed immediately.
