No one pick the phone
Am myself, RAJ KUMAR, Consumer Number - 18615, H.No.810/7, GOVINDPURI, KALKAJI, NEW DELHI-110019. I am getting Gas Supply from "INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTOR, GOVINDPURI, KALAKJI, NEW DELHI-110019. From the last 5-6 days whenever I am trying to book through Phone, getting message that Number is busy, by luck if it connects, then they were not attend the call. After booking also I am getting gas after 12-15 days only. Previously I made a complaint through ur official website. But there is no response. Really i am feeling VERY BAD about ur INDANE Gas Agency Service. If it continues like this... I will give excellent free publicity to the Public who is known or unknown about INDANE GAS. It may not effect ur business, but i do as well as i can... through Media(being a Media Person).
Recently i booked Gas on 23-04-2008, they said "within 10 days u will get it" and gave me a Ref.No.12133. I have waited until 02-05-2008, the 10th day and made a call by 11 AM. Again they said "it will take 2 more days". I have asked "then why did u say 10 days", replied... It will take 2 more days sir... and put off the phone. Tell me, if u r in the same place "How do you feel"? Please think in that way... if u r unable to solve the problem, give me the permission to take a "Spare Cylinder(Double-2nd Cylinder) on my existing connection".
I am really disappointed due to this consumer service of "INDIAN OIL & INDANE GAS AGENCY GOVINDPURI. You are requested to kindly look into this & do the needful at the earliest.

Terrible experience
NOT TAKING REFIL BOOKING.
I am a consumer of M/s. Ma Kripa Gas Agency, Mughapair East, Chennai 600 037 w.e.f 2001. My consumer No is 8619. They are not taking refill booking saying that I am not having Ration Card. They are not supplied refil cylinder for last 2 months. My native place in Palakkad, Kerala. There also I don't have Ration Card. Iam working in a Construction Company and my job is transferable. I am staying in Mughapair East in rented house. It is very difficult to get ration card immediately. My two children are appearing for a Public Examination
I Request to take up and get Refil at the earliest.

My Consumer Id is 28333 at Veena gas agency Sarai Jhulena New Delhi.
When we try for Call then no is always busy no is 26834949 and 26914545

Not booking by gas agency
I am a LPG Indane customer with CT Gas Agency, delhi and my consumer Number are ct1098 & ct1682. I am booking for refiling my gas cylinder by one week, but they are not registering my request, a person named mr jeevan ask me that I won't register your complaint I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.
So I am unable to get one refile. Pls take a right action against gas agency.

booking of gas cylinders
Sir,
I am a consumer of indane gas service having Consumer no- 6288, in vaisnudevi indane gas service, No.2/68, Sarjapuram road, Bagalur, Hosur Taluk, TN, Pin-635103. Ph-240255
Last month when I went for booking of gas cylinderto the above gas agency they asked me to give a self certificate for not having a ration card and after that they issued me the gas cylinder. I had applied for ration card and the same has not yet been issued to me till date.
yesterday ie on 06/08/2008 when I approached them for booking gas cylinders they asked for a certificate from civil supply authorities for not having a ration card.
It is not easy to get a cert from civil supply in one day.
For service people a minimum of two days leave will have to be taken for this purpose.
What I vehmently say is that, it will not serve the very purpose of eradicate malpractices of consuming both kerosine and cooking gas, as one can make malpractice in getting such a cert.
So it should be done by the agencies them selves, by sending a consolidated list of consumers not in possession of ration card to the civil supply and get the confirmation.
More over if it canot be done Minimum of one month time should be given to the consumers to get the cert from civil supply.

Harassment by counter staff and delivery boy
My Domestic Gas Cylinder Consumer No 10434 Booked on 27th June 08 Booking No 11680, Phone no of Madhavi Gas Agency is 040 23560040. Delivery Boy Shivajee & the COunter staff have misbehaved with me despite of number of followup's requesting delivery of the cylinder on time. Usually the delivery of the cylinder is always requested on Saturdays as i am a working mother and it is done, but they came on working days and our house was doorlocked now these boys demanded extra money saying there is a price hike and your home is on the fifth floor etc... which i refused to pay. So they refused to deliver the gas at home. I personally went to pick the cylinder and they refused to give though i had my pass book. Past 7 years not once did they make entry in the pass book and now all of a sudden they demanded the pass book which when given they refused to deliver.
Request immediate stern action on the agency and its staff for the harassment they are meting out to the customer. This is not the first time they are troubling me, earlier to the complaint was made directly to the Indane office at secunderabad and thru their emergency services i got help.
The Gas Cylinder has to be delivered immediately at my residence.

Terrible service
Two re-fills were booked on May 31, 2008. On inquiry over phone on July 10, Agency informed that refills were already billed at their end ; and cylinders given to the delivery man. The cylinders have not been delivered till now [11 July]. Obviously, the delivery man has sold them to someone else.
And this is not the first time this has happened.

Non issue of cylinder against TV
I am transfered from Jalandhar to Indore. I had deposited my connection at Jalandhar and brought Transfer Voucher. On 24.06.08 the TV was submitted to Mangalsree Gas Gaency at Indore. Till now no action has been taken to provide me cylinder. I am with family and dining at hotels for the 15 days. The cylinder can be issued and confirmation can be done later.

Service failure
I am a indane customer with ID #22356 and having booked my refill cylinder in third week 0f May'08 and delivery was to have been recd before end of May'08 on checking for dely fresh regn had been again taken on 30-5-08 and delivery was to have effected on 1-6-08 delivery person had come to the premises and had gone undelivered and on chasing again in person on the delay by the distributor office had assured will be delivered on 4-6-08, did not know all this was to bill the customer on the revised price instead of the old price if had delivered promptly in time.
IT IS DISGUSTING TO UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION TO TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON A RIDE WHICH HE HAS TO GULP WITH HELPLESSNESS. BEING ENFORCED ON - WHAT IS THE CHECK ON SUCH EXCESSIVE ACTS AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SUCH SLOGANS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST AND ACHIEVING AWARDS AT FORUMS WHEN SUCH INCIDENTS MAKE US PONDER WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY ON SUCH HUMILIATION! FEEL, IOC OFFICIALS SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS NOTE ON CUSTOMERS LOSING TRUST IN THE FAIR SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION WHICH HAS SUCH REPERCUSSIONS.
CUSTOMER IS NEVER A KING BUT A SLAVE IS PROVED IN SUCH INSTANCES.
