Customer harassment
I am having a Consumer No. S 25199 with the SUDHEENDRA INDANE Gas Agency, 2nd main 80ft Hennur road, HBR LayoutBangalore 560043. I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.5.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

Asking for BRIBE........
I am a customer of indane with customer no "BG12997" and have been registed with "Bhagat Gas Agencies" Joshi Bhavan, Opp. Rishikul Ay. College, Haridwar (SAP no. - 156498).
Yesterday i went to agency to book my second cylinder. The person there told me that the cost of second cylinder is Rs. 1200/- and you have to buy an Aperon of cost Rs. 350/- with this.
But i refused to buy the Aperon as i need only second gas cylinder, So that person said OK they will give me Cylinder only but i have to pay them Rs. 200/- extra as a "SEVA SHULK" (a type of BRIBE)
So this is to request you to take action against the person or Agency for this crime.

LATE SUPPLY
I an Paras Ram. My consumer No. is J-25397 with Johnson Gas Agency, Mansa Road Bathinda. A refill was booked on 23.04.2008 telephonically with above agency. They were reminded on telephone on 26.04.2008, 29.04.2008, 02.05.2008, 03.05.2008. Every time they promised to deliver the gas same day, but the gas cylinder has not yet been delivered. This is not for the first time. It is a practice to delay the supply by fifteen to twenty days every time. Some action against the agency is demand of the time.

No bill with supply
I made a booking for the refill of Gas on 23rd April 2008, no news till then. From 27th onwards All 5 telephone numbers stopped working. Finally I made a visit to their office on may 3rd. They said they will deliver it on same day it self. On 4th They brought the refill and when i asked for the bill they said there is no bill and i want go and get it from the office and took the refill and went back. They concern delivery person’s name is Raju.

The behavior of the delivery person is as such we are at their mercy. I was using HP at Mumbai. Their service is 100 times better than that of Indane.

Pls. give us a solution.

Worst Service i have seen in LPG GAS Industry
Dear Sir,

I am myself, Murthy KJR, Consumer Number - SAI28412, H.No.7-60/13, Krishna Sai Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 500047.

I am getting Gas Supply from "Saieesh Enterprises", 23-226, RK Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 500047. From the last 5-6 months whenever I am trying to book through Phone, getting message that Number is busy, by luck if it connects, then they were not attend the call. After booking also I am getting gas after 12-15 days only. Previously I made a complaint through ur official website. But there is no response. Really iam feeling VERY BAD about ur INDANE Gas Agency Service. If it continues like this... I will give excellent free publicity to the Public who is known or unknown about INDANE GAS. It may not effect ur business, but i do as well as i can... through Media(being a Media Person).

Recently i booked Gas on 23-04-2008, they said "within 10 days u will get it" and gave me a Ref.No.12133. I have waited until 02-05-2008, the 10th day and made a call by 11 AM. Again they said "it will take 2 more days". I have asked "then why did u say 10 days", replied... It will take 2 more days sir... and put off the phone. Tell me, if u r in the same place "How do you feel"? Please think in that way... if u r unable to solve the problem, give me the permission to take a "Spare Cylinder(Double-2nd Cylinder) on my existing connection".

I am really disappointed due to this consumer service of "Saieesh Enterprises" Gas Agency of Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. You are requested to kindly look into this & do the needful at the earliest.

Delay Delivery of Refill of Cylinder
Sir,

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 13390, the supply of refill of cylinder through Swapna Enterprises, Bhadurpura, Hyderabad. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder through computerised Toll Free No. 1260 of Indane Gas. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with direct booking with dealer. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking No. 01 Dated: 02--04-08, through Computerised Tol Free No. 1260. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

Address Change / Cylinder Delivery
Hello. I am a customer of Indane Gas and I have recently taken a connection. My consumer # is RK9926. I have requested for an address change and a cylinder to be delivered to my old address. However, none of the requests have materialized. Everytime I visit the agency, I am told that "it would happen tomorrow". I am now shifted 20 kms away from the agency and it is not possible for me to travel 40 kms everyday to hear a no to my request.

This has been frustrating!

Late supply of Gas Cylender

Our LPG gas supplier not supplying gas in time, they are supplying after 8-15 days of booking.

Worst & Useless Customer Service
Two days back Indane gas agency had delivered me a gas cylinder after a few hours i came to know that cylinder is leak immediately i had make a call to Indane customer service cell to complaint about. But no body pick-up the phone 24 HRS. CUSTOMER SERVICE :9899538292 (NO REPONSE)

25213269, 25212275 (NO ONE PICK UP THESE NUMBERS), 30911514 (NUMBER NOT IN USE)
1600111282, 23411282 (NO REPONSE)

I am very surprise to know that how irresponsible is their customer service desk. This is cheating with customers and must be penalties for this behavior.

If some misshapen done then who will be responsible???

Till date that cylinder is still in my home.

Inordinate delay every month
Our Indane customer ID is 43477

The cooking gas dealer does not take the bookings on time and after taking the booking, the dealer delays the delivery of cooking gas cylinders by 10 to 15 days and takes into account another 30 days starting from the date of delivery to accept placement of order for refilling... & then again delays the delivery by 10 to 15 days... and the process is on.

We end up buying the cylinders from the open market at 3 times the actual price every month. This is ridiculous.

The cooking cylinder lasts only for about an average of 22 days...

Severe action to be initiated against the gas dealer "Cauvery Gas agency" of Indane located at KR Puram, Bangalore
