no supply of cylinder
Dear sir, this is to lodge a complain against a distributer of Indane gas in Agra, naming Dube Gas service, 64 allora enclave Adan Bagh Dayal Bagh Agra, ph no- 0562- 2801006 is not suppying the refil cylinder to consumer. we booked a cylinder on 30 January 08 and now 1month is going to be complete and no gas has been supplied and when we talked to that agency they replied that gas is not available but at same time private howkers are taking and selling at high prices and dube gas is also selling at Rs. 400 in black market. So please look into the matter.

Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder
I am customer of Indane Gas in Vadodara with Rathwa Gas Agency, Subhanpura. (Cust. No. 17196). I am not getting Gas Cylinder within stipulated time lime of 21 days (between delivery of gas cylinders).
The Agency is delivers gas cyliner after 15-20 days later after booking the cylinder and again they take 21 days time for booking the cyclinder after delivery. Hence, total time taken for delivery of cylinder takes abount 37 to 41 days. The agency give excuses that supply from Inidan Oil is very less compare to the demand. We have also noted that other distributers of Indane Gas are supplying Gas Cylinder within the time limit satisfactorily.
I request you to kindly inquire and ensure that the supply from Rathwa Gas Agency is regularised as per the norms. It is also noted that Indane Gas Cylinders are easily available if Rs. 400 per Cylinder is paid.
Kindly inform whether I can transfer my account any other Indane Gas Distributer.

regarding booking of gas cylinder
sir the phone of this particular gas agency is always busy and when it gets dialed no one picks up the phone the company is puneet gas service which is in rohini SEC- 16 ...MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 26147 AND BY MY NAME...PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS EVER..

Deaer not issue the gas connection without tube purcahse ( he pressurise for purchasing of tube which cost is 180 RS.)
I have transfer voucher for indane gas but the dealer pressurise to me for purchasing the tube which cost is one hundred eighty rupees without tube they will not allot the gas connection

force for purchase a new gas pipe
I am the consumer of Indane gas and I would like to say that
The owner of Neo gas service Kalka (haryana) is very rude and discourteous because my gas connection is transfer here I was previous consumer of Vikramaditya gas agency Agra but now transfer to Kalka .
When I go to collect my cylinder & regulator from Neo gas services office then his owner forced me for purchase a new gas pipe which cost was 175 rupees when I have already a gas pipe
And he say if I don’t purchase it then he can’t give me my cylinder , regulator and he don’t registered me as a new transferred consumer .
What should I do?

Dealer refusing my connection of 2006
Dear sir / Madam
Please be informed that the agent for Indane Gas at Chintalmet, M M Pahadi has flatly refused to give me my consumer number even after giving him my personal details, showing the regularor of RPG, Indane Gas that was provided to me. He says that i do not have any connection of my name, where as the truth is i have booked in the year 2006.
Due to transfer of my residence from M M Pahadi to Purani haveli and non availing the cylinder facility for a year and a half, he is taking undue advantage of the same.
He doesnt agree to give me my consumer number whose receipt has been misplaced by me during the transfer.
As per the procedures, either the consumer number, or name or door number work to get the data of th econsumer. This person refuses to cooperate.
My Majlis of Moharram is on Wednesday and i have no help with me to prepare the niyaz (prasad) of the same. I have approximately 400 ladies visitor for our majlis. How will i arange this much without the gas ?
Kindly help me.

GAS Cylinder life period expired
Customer No.: 41118 (Sticker No.:6073)
I have booked the cylinder on 12-Feb-08 which is in my mother's name (A.Santhamma) and I have received the refilled cylinder yesterday evening. When I suddenly looked at the cylinder, I noticed that cylinder validity period is A-06 (March, 2006). I am surprised how come the department has not taken any action about it? Now we are in February, 2008 ( almost two years over from the valid period).
I hope this complaing will be registered and forwarded to respective department to take necessary action

Booking not received
I had booked for a Gas cylinder about a month ago under consumer no 35869 and the same has not been delivered till date. When contacted the Service people were rude and insisted that they have delivered the cylinder and the new one will take another 21 days. The type of treatment meted out to the public is rediculous and the service standards are very poor. Till date I have not received the Gas cylinder and even after calling the service station on a daily basis the problem has not been resolved. Trust this will be looked into.

Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Pardeep Gas Agency , 3, Behind Ford Tractors , By Pass Road , Faridabad -121007 and my consumer number is PT -2801. I have booked for a refile on fifteen day ago by personal visit .. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. On 14-02-2008 , when delivery man came to home for delivery he ask for domestic gas coustomer card due non availblity of my wife ,so above card is not shown to deleivery man. Then delivery refused to give the cylinder . so I went on 18-02-2008 to pardeep gas agency for refile , concerned clerk is said your booking is cancelled , and you have to book your refile again and we can not give you cyclinder today .When we ask for complaints register thay provide me Indian oil officer number and owner of that gas agency , both the person holding these numbers are not picking their phones. I think this not happen to me but all pardeep gas agency consumers .
Please take necessay action

No proper response!
I am Hanumanth and consumer of Indane Gas No is 30022. I have booked my gas on the 12th of Feb, 2008 with Kalpana Gas Services Vijay nagar and also went to Office there they again booked they said on 17 Feb will be delivered once again i called on 18 Feb 2008 again they are booked. and My complaint is that only these persons are doing booking and not have any update on the booking and they are not giving the exact solution.
But the gas has not been delivered to me till date. And lot many times the calls will not go every time will be busy will i have any solution for this also. When soon i can get it solved is there any solution in the sense i can get reference no for booking.
