Non-supply of Gas cylinder
I am geting cylinder from Sree Graha Agency, Tambaram. It is understood some problem with the agency and it was told the agency was changed to M/s.Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram. For the past 20 days I am trying to contact M/s. Pattammal Gas agency over phone and it is either engaged or no response. Kindly advice M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency of West Tambaram, Chennai to book and deliver the gas cylinder to consumer No: 26071.

Non-booking and supply of gas cylinder
I am having consumer No.26071 with Shree Graha Agency, Tambaram. It was understoot some problem with the agency and it has been changed into M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram. For the past 20 days I am trying to book cylinder over phone and the phone eigther engaged or no response. It is also understood from this complaints form that the agencies first job is to put down the reciver. Kindly advise to M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram to do the needful immediate action to book and deliver the cylinder to consumer No.26071.

Dear Mam,

I wish to put my grievances and the harassment received from the Indane dealer as given below:

1. I am a user of Indane Gas from the last 1 year and I have taken the gas on production of ration card from Dixit Gas Services, Dedha Market, Khichipur, New Delhi -91, code no. 9107184.
2. Presently, I have shifted my house from the previous place to New Kondli in Delhi and I have taken at transfer voucher vide no. 022214 dated 28/11/07 and applied for a connection with M/s Roop Gas Services, A- Block, New Kondli, Delhi- 96.
3. As it is not possible to change the ration card immediately on the transfer of residence, due to this the dealer is not providing the Gas connection.
4. As per the dealer, I have submitted an affidavit in respect of my new residence where I am presently staying. Still the agency is not willing to give the Gas connection and insisting for the electricity bill of the rented house for which my landlord is not willing to part with.
5. In these circumstances even though having a genuine gas connection in my name, I am not able to get the same. The harassment cause by the agent by not providing the gas connection is driving me into madness and I am not able to cook properly and feed my family.

It is requested kindly advice the dealer to provide me the Gas connection and I am committed to give any other documents which are in my preview to get the Gas connection.
Your early action on my grievances will be highly appreciated.

late delivry + Less gas
My wife consumer ID is DGS 45852 and I get my Gas Cylinder supply from DIXIT GAS SEVA ,dedh Market Kichripur New Delhi.91 .the agency use to supply the gas after 10-12 days of booking . This problem I am facing from last 2 months and the cylinder is under weight also

Malpratice of Refill cylinder
Reminder No. 1.
I have domestic gas connection in New Delhi with Cactus Lily Enterprises. Its phone no. is 011-26241426. My consumer No. is 17608. I have booked refill cylinder through centralised gas booking centre on 2.12.2007. the registration number is 1. On 5th, dec. 2007, I came to know that the refill was already delivered to my residence as per the agency version. Actually I have not received any refill cylinder till now i.e 8.12.07. up to 9.45 P.M. I found that the agency is malpractice the refills, which cauces very difficult to me to get refills in time. Previously I booked refill approximately 50 days before. Now I have no refill cylinder in house.
This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

regarding refill domestic gas
On 2nd december, 2007 I HAVE BOOKED A REFILL CY LINDER THROUGH CENTRALISEED GAS BOOKING CENTRE. MY REGISTRATION NUMBER WAS Sl.no 1. On 5th dec. 2007 when enquired it was found that the cylinder was delivered at my address, but sofar no cylinder reached my residence till the time this compliant is filed. I find some malpractice from agency side. This is for your kind information and neccessary action please.

Problem in Booking
I am consumar of Indane gas with Daman Gas Service, Jalandhar, with consumar No. B dgs 18112. I am trying to Book the gas cylinder since last week. every time is phone remain engaged & there SMS service is not working properly. Since the booking timeing is the same as our office hours it is not possible to go & book the cylinder to there gas service center which is 15 km from our office. despite of best efforts I would not able to book my gas cylinder

Non-delivery of refill cylinder
This is a complaint of harassment by the Indane Gas Agency in Chennai - SOUTH MADRAS GAS AGENCY, situated at 25, Thiruvenkadam Street, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai 600028. I have a gas connection (Customer No.68277) in the name of Mrs. S. Banumathi which was transferred from Thiruvanmiyur in May 2007 on my shifting the residence to Teynampet. I had booked for a refill on 24th November 2007, when I was told that I will receive the same within a week.
I am a working woman. The Gas Agency, on being called, informed me that the house was found locked on 26th Nov. I have, thereon, made alternate arrangements so that the cylinder can be delivered at any time during the day and I have informed the Agency accordingly. It was, however, disgusting to note the Agency has been quoting the same reason that the house was found locked on 26th November and promising that the refill will reach the house by the end of the day. I have, however, not received the refill till date. It has reached a point where I feel I am being harassed by the indifferent, audicious replies given by the different ladies who answer the calls by turns. Could anyone do anything about it, please?

Dangerous service!
I have a family of 3 members including 8 month old kid. In October month when we replaced our cylinder, there was leakage of Gas. When we registered a complaint Mr. Kumar (Mechanic) visited our resident and asked us to replace gas cock. I was shocked. Even insisting him to change the regulator which was under warranty period he replaced gas cock and charged us Rs.410. Now again after one month there is a leakage. I am very much concerned about safety. But the distributer is not at all bother about safety of consumer. In india there is no control on LPG GAS distributer. And sadly consumer has no choice.

Harrasment By your Dealer
Respected Sir,



With very heavy heart I would like to bring to your kind notice that one of your Dealer M/s Rourkela Kitchen Aid , A/9 Nirmal Market ,Power House Road , Rourkela-769001, His Dealer Code:-89180449 is harassing us like anything.



We have changed our Residence and we had given the application to deliver the Gas Cylindar in our new address on 28th Sep'2007. He than told us to give a Court Affidavit to this effect. We have given the court affidavit but that also they are not willing to give the delivery of Gas Cylindar.



Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a 70 Year old man and I am running to his office for the last 3 months and they are harassing me like anything. Whenever I am going to there office they are just for the sake of refusing they are telling to fulfill one or another formality.



Kindly intervene in this matter and please advice your dealer to give the delivery of Gas Cylindar.
