NO RESPONCE ON PHONE
ONE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR OF INDANE GAS AT REWARI M/S KRISHNA GAS SERVICES IS THE BURST AGENCY IN REWARI. THE PHONE OF THE COMPANY BE CONTINOUSLY BUSY DURING THE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND NOBODY GAVE RESPONCE ON PHONE.

Gas Agencies Exploiting Public
With regard to the Indane Gas Connection public are not aware of the documents and the policies and procedures. The agents are forcing the public to buy the Gas Stove eventhough they posses a Good Gas Stove. Sai Kripa Agency located in Ashok Nagar (Near Kasi Theatre ) in chennai were forcing its consumers to buy the Pressure Cooker which costs around 1500 while getting a new gas connection.
My suggestion in order to control the agencies a flying squad has to be appointed by the Indane and their number should be complusurly displayed in the front office of the gas agencies. Each and every customer should be respected properly.
When I tried to get a new Gas connection they asked me in total of Rs.7000 ( including their comission). Since I am not aware of about the complaince team I writing my grivence here for a good solution not only for me but also for my people.

cylinder with less wieght and leakage in cylinders
there is a complaint regarding low weightage of cylinders and leakage in cylinders and from last 8-9 times ,kandhari gas services in rohini, who is a dealer of indane gas,delievers us a cylinders with less wieght, and when i talk to their manager he always give me a bad response , even the persons sitted there he/she don't hav any manners to how to talk with the customers.

Poor service!
Indane gas agencies called Jai Hind at mannarkkad, palakkad dt, kerala is not supplying gas cylinders at houses rather they interested to supply at road side shoppes where the shop keeper is in hand with the suppliers to misuse the cylinder by supplying to others getting some margin to them. The real consumers are finding very difficult to get the empty cylinder filled. They are at the mercy of the shop keeper and the suppliers of the cylinder. Many time it happened to me.

Expiary date cylinders!
On one of the vertical strips of the gas cylinder, the expiry date for the cylinder is given. Only a few people know about this. Even the distributors of the gas agency also do not know about this. And these expiry date cylinders are there in the market in huge quantity. This is really a very dangerous thing. They can blast any time. If you require let me know I can send you the mail in which all the details regarding the expiry date are given.

Poor service!
My consumer no. is 31006. I got a gas connection from Veena Gas Sevices Dealer of Indane gas agency at 2/13-A, sarai Julena, Okhla Road, New Delhi on 11/09/07. I am residing at Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025. They have promised to me that next day you will get cooking gas cylinder. Whenever I called to inquire regarding my new connection cylinder they says tomorrow. It's surprised having seen these type of services. I have been suffering for more than 3 days.

Indane executives what are you doing?
I lodged the complaint for not getting connection, as i got a clear reply no gas connection available, try somewhere else, a Nicolion gas agency situated in ramesh nagar new delhi 110015, owner gave the answer, how embarrassing it is Indane number one leading company of india's executives masterminded are sleeping for such a minor problem of a consumer, who is in very need of gas.

Sri Rama agency - problem in booking and delay in delivery
Hi ,
We are taking Indane Gas "Sri Rama Agency" in Ramamurthi nagar,Bangalore.Our customer number is 39303.
They are asking us to have 30 days in between booking.After booking they are taking more than a week to deliver.
We have a two year old kid and finding problem in boiling milk also.My father went directly to office about 3/4 times explained the situation also but no action taken.
We told the same to Agency people and even Manager but no response till now. For big families Gas will come just for 25-30 days and again they say book after 30 days again we will take 10 more days then what is the point in going for Indane?

Connection ignored
I resident of raja grden new delhi want a indane gas connection, i went to nicolion indane gas agency situated in ramesh nagar new Delhi and was given a reply connection not available please help me as indane a month ago declared there is no shortage of gas and i was surprised to get the answer, i am in very need, please the concerned authorities take sincere step to solve my problem at your earliest and oblige.
