booking not accepted
The gas as advetised cant be booked online and the booking on phone 9911554411 is not accepted till the first delivery is made, whether the time of 21 days over. so the consumer has to suffer both ways (1) late delivery (2) next booking not accepted. who is responsible.

I am a custome of your Devganga associates Bangalore. My consumer no 44085. I suffers every month for bookiing & delivery of gas filling. the associate does not cooprate any time any problem also booking & gas filling.
your devely is not late but very very late.

non supply of refill after 30days
Registered for refill on 15/4/2011.Even after lapse of 30days and so many reminders over phone and in person, I am yet to get the refill supplied.

DESCRIPANCY IN SERVICES, WHICH ARE MANDATORY TO SUPPLY THE REFFIL CYLINDER AT HOME AND BEHAVING IN RASH AND NEGLIGENT MANNER
The Agency of Gas supplying Reffil cylinder is not supplying as per the rules and on enquiry is asking for getting delivery from their Godown. Also, the staff members are not bahaving properly and services which must be provided to consumer are not so and there is too much harrasment. The laungauge of the staff is like dictator and when asked for the contact person and contact number of the Officials of the Company, it is straight way refused by one Mr.Vinod Jadhav, who is claiming himself as a Manager of the said Agency. There is always delay in supplying the Reffil Cylinder, on last occession the Cylinder was booked on dt.14/03/2011, which was on too much follow up supplied on dt.21/04/2011, which shows that the agency holder is not in a position to handle the agency and required services are impossible to the agency, which requires detailed enquiry of the agent. Also it is come to the knowledge that the agency holder and their employees are selling/ supplying the reffil cylinders by obtaining an extra money, which is against the policy and practice of the dealership, which requires serious interfearance

NON DELIVERY OF GAS REFIL BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS
SIR/MADAM,
i would like to inform you that the agency[SHRI GANESH GAS SERVICE 164 CIVIL LINES STATION ROAD BAREILLY U.P.] is not provided the refil cylinder after 10-15 days of initial booking a number of times to us and when we complaint it to the agency, always they said there is very shortage. it is very regretfull that the booking is made after 21 days and the cylinder supplied after 30-40 days. but the gas is availabe in black, kindly look into metter that supply quickly take place and black marketing should be abolished. i have booked the gas on 22-4-2011 consumerno is 1480 booking no4118 but till now i have no gas cylinder and have to take it in black market. from-Shikhar Mehrotra 231 subhash nagar bareilly u.p. pin code-243001consumer no 1480

Not able to book Gas via phone
People of indane gas agency (Raghavendra Gas agency) are not picking up their calls, we are trying to reach them for the past two weeks but they hesitate to pick up the calls.

Delay in Delivery in Re filling Gas
I am a customer of Indane Gas (Cylinder Code No.X-53417 in the name of Bijay Laxmi Mohanty)staying in Bhubaneswar Orissa booked for re filling gas since last 20 days but still there is no confirmation of re filling.
It really pains as after booking for re filling the Indane gas agency doesn't confirm and re fill it and this leads to lot of discomfort and problem incase the existing cylinder is exhausted.
Need sincere help for resolving my problem.

delay in refile book
I am the consumer of indane gas bearing customer no.:13956 with RENU ENTERPRISSESS, Tonk Road, Sawai Madhopur(Rajasthan.). I want to complaint regarding lazy or rude behaviour of gas agency staff. whenever i called the agency to book my cylinder, they said that i can book the cylinder after 21 days.I booked gas on dt.19/03/2011 but not delivered me till date. I have only one cylender.
so its a humble request to u to take this matter seriously & take some action as soon as possible.
